Irreproducible scepticism? Underused potential

With great interest I read the report of the colleagues, Devaney and Lee, describing the use of generic immunosuppressants in the UK.1 I want to thank them for their detailed and balanced description. It appears to me that there are no (few?) reservations towards generic immunosuppressants left in the UK.
After about 2 years of generic tacrolimus availability in Austria, one could say that transplant physicians are still reluctant to accept and prescribe generic brands (two available in Austria) as equivalent, but cheaper therapeutic options. Health insurances calculate €4.5 …
